Since 2008, SKC Nis with its Academic Folklore Ensemble “Oro” has become the founder and organizer of the International Student Folklore Festival, which is held every July not only in Nis but in several cities in southeastern Serbia. This is one of the largest festivals of this type in the region and the largest in Serbia, with more than 500 participants from a dozen countries around the world, with more than 10 concerts, with several parades in different cities, all attended by more than 20,000 spectators each year. .
