KOLO Folklore School has existed since 2006 and works at the House of Culture. He nurtures folk dances and songs from all parts of Serbia, with a special emphasis on dances from the vicinity of Knjaževac. The ensemble currently has 19 active choreographies and today it has 2 children’s ensembles, a performing ensemble and a veterans’ ensemble. The head of the School of Folklore KOLO is Slavoljub Tomić. From its existence until today, it has carried a large number of awards from numerous events and festivals from the country and abroad.
